Even on the second call, none is present on behalf of the petitioner to pursue this petition. However, Mr. Rakesh Pathak, counsel for the respondent is present. The petition filed by the petition was defective. Enough opportunities have been afforded to the petitioner to cure the defects. But the defects have not been removed till date. This would show that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this petition. In these circumstances, the revision petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
