           This is a complaint filed under section 12 of C.P. Act, 1986 praying to direct the opposite parties to pay Rs.2,00,000/- towards policy amount on account of personal injuries to the complainant and to pay Rs.25,000/- towards compensation and also costs of the complaint.

 This C.C. coming on before us this day in the presence of  Sri Mohd. Abdul Haleem, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the complainant and Sri G. Parandhamulu Goud, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the opposite parties and having stoodover for consideration till this day, this Forum delivered the following:

                                                                O R D E R

             OP filed written arguments.  Ex.B-1 marked.  At this stage counsel for complainant filed memo not pressing the complaint, with a request to grant permission to file fresh complaint.   It is recorded.   Complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint within two months from this day.  Complaint is dismissed as not pressed.
