Today the complainant Advocate filed a petition for withdrawal of the case . in this case the complainant was directed on many occasion to file evidence , but inspite  of specific direction the complainant did not file any evidence , it seens that he has lost interest in the case . hence this case is being dismissed on withdrawn .
