Case Record put up today for hearing. The Learned Counsel for both the parties are present and filed a  joint petition stating therein that the Complainant and the Opposite Parties have  arrived  at a compromise to settle the above dispute  with an  amount of Rs.50,000/- with the full satisfaction  of the complainant and the said settlement is made without any  coercion, force or temptation and requested this Commission to allow the compromise petition  and pass order accordingly. It is further submitted that the Opposite Party- Insurance Company  willing to issue the cheque  of the said settlement within two months of passing  order.

                Perused the compromise petition filed by both the parties and heard the Ld. Counsel for both the parties. Complainant is present in person. Since both the parties have   settled their dispute amicably with an  amount of Rs.50,000/- and the complainant is agreed  to settle the dispute with his full satisfaction, this Commission allow their compromise petition and directed the Opposite Party to issue the settlement amount of Rs.50,000/- within two months from the date of receipt of this order.

                In view of the above settlement, the complaint petition is closed. Applications pending if any stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement. Copy  of this order be provided to the parties free of cost for their perusal.
