Seen application ofthe Complainant NO.1 Usha Devi Gulgulia vide No. 455. The said petition has been submitted supporting an affidavit. The said complainant stated that the minor complainant Smti. Bhoomi Gulgulia is now under the guardianship of her natural mother Smti. Sanchita Deb and such the awarded amount of 30% for educational expenditure amy be transfer in the account of mother of the minor complainant for meet up educational expenditure.

The aforesaid application has been submitted on identification ofthe engaged lawyer Mr. A. Biswas. Hence, prayer if the Complainant No. is allowed. Subject to approach of the natural mother. Natural mother must produce birth certificate ofthe minor complainant Bhomi Gulgulia and also reuire to produce the minor at the time of receiving the cheque from this District Forum for 30% of the awarded amount.

Put up the C/R as and when approach in view of order dated 21/05/2019 & order dated 15/06/2019.
