The case record is put up in the “Maha Upobhokta Lok Adalat”. Parties are present. The complainant agreed to compromise the case for Rs.20,000/-(Rupees twenty thousand ) only and accordingly has filed a memo dt.16.12.2022.On the otherhand the Ld.counsel of the O.P.No.1 has filed a memo with  undertaking that the compensation amount for Rs.20,000/- will be paid to the complainant within one month. In view of the facts the dispute between the parties is held to be settled amicably, fully and finally. The complaint stands dismissed on compromise. Accordingly the case is disposed of.
