EXTRACT COPY OF ORDER DATED 4.5.2016.

            This case is taken up today on the strength of the advance petition filed by the JDR No.2 serving copies to other side. The JDR No.2 is complying the order passed in depositing a cheque bearing No. 001194 dated 28.4.16 of Rs.9,408/- of HDFC Bank and cash for Rs.5,592/- and prayed to lift action taken U/S 27 of the C.P.Act, 1986. The DHR and her advocate are present and filed a memo stating that she has no other claims against both the JDRs and prayed to drop the present E.A. Heard. The memo is allowed. The DHR is directed to receive the cheque for Rs.9,408/- and cash for Rs.5,592/- with proper identification and acknowledgement. The police Authority may be intimated to return the N.B.W (A) issued against the JDR No.2 and the case is dropped accordingly. Issue copy of orders to parties free of cost.
