The record is put up on prayer of the JDR along with a A/c payee cheque in the name of Consumer Legal Aid Account amounting Rs.6800/-. The JDR has prayed for recall of the order regarding issuance of bailable warrant of arrest against the JDR for non-deposit of Rs.6800/- passed on 02/07/2018.

                Considered the prayer is allowed. Let the order regarding issuance of bailable warrant of arrest against the JDR passed on 02/07/2018 be recalled. Fixing the next date on 14/08/2018 vide order dated 02/07/2018 stands modified. The office is to deposit the A/c payee cheque in the proper account. Let the execution application be disposed of as the JDR has complied the direction passed in the Final Order dated 17/08/2015.
