This Case record is fixed to-day for filing of written version by the opposite parties.Sri Subash Chandra Jena and Associates, Advocates appeared and files V.Nama on behalf of OP No.1 along with a memo stating that the present disputes has also been settled between the complainant and the OP in presence of the OP No.3 outside of this Forum. Further the learned Advocate for the OP No.1 files a Xerox copy of money receipt of the complainant. The complainant has filed a petition through his Advocate stating that the present dispute has also been settled between the parties outside of the Forum. Hence, the complainant does not want to proceed the case any further against the ops and seeking permission to withdraw the same. Heard the petition filed by the complainant and opposite party. petitions are allowed. In view of the said petitions filed by both parties separately, the present C.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
