As on 30/07/2016 was holiday being Saturday, the record is put up today.

A petition is filed for the Dhr stating that the cheque bearing no. 012289 dt. 09/05/2016 for Rs.18,785/- (Rupees Eighteen thousand  Seven Hundred Eighty Five ) Only deposited by the Jdr on 10/06/2016 in compliance of the order dated 26/04/2016 passed by the Hon’ble SCDRC in FA/392/2014, has already been encashed with the prayer for closure of the proceedings. Jdr is absent on call.

Record shows that the Managers cheque of HDFC Bank for Rs.18,785/- was deposited by the Jdr on 10/06.2016 and the same was handed over to the Dhr on 15/06/2016.

Seen the copy of the order dated 26/04/2016 passed by the Hon’ble SCDRC aforesaid.

It appears that Jdr has complied with the order dated 26/04/2016 passed by the Hon’ble SCDRC as mentioned afore in full and accordingly the decree is fully satisfied.

That the Execution Case being no. 70/2014 be and the same is disposed of on full satisfaction.
