Present:       Complainant Sh.Nikunj Mahajan in person.

                   Sh.Yash Paul, Advocate for OP2 and OP3.

 

                   Settlement has been effected between the parties. Pursuant to which, Sh.Yash Paul, Adv. for OP2 and OP3 has suffered a statement that as per the oral instructions of the OPs, they are ready to provide the new mobile set to the complainant within 20 days from the receipt of the copy of the order, failing which, OPs shall be liable to pay the cost of the mobile set alongwith Rs.500/- as penalty to the complainant.

                   On the other hand, complainant Sh.Nikunj Mahajan has suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of Ld. counsel for OPs and accept the same. In view his statement, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as compromised.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for OP2 and OP3 as well as complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as compromised. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. However OP2 and OP3 are directed to provide the new mobile set to the complainant within 20 days from today, failing which, OP2 and OP3 shall be liable to pay the cost of the mobile set alongwith Rs.500/- as penalty to the complainant. File be consigned to record room.
