The Judgement Debtor already produced the amount and the Decree Holder has received Rs.1,16,348/- from the Judgement Debtor. Hence the Execution Application dismissed with liberty to file fresh E.A if the Decree Holder thinks that the amount disbursed is not tally with the decree amount. Fresh balance statement also should be produced, by true account.
