This case record is placed before the Ld. Judges of the monthly Consumer (Upobhokta) Lok Adalat .

Ld. Advocates of both sides are found ready.

Heard and considered submissions.

After considering submissions of both sides and also for going through the materials of the case record, Ld. Judges of monthly Consumer (Upobhokta) Lok Adalat (arrived at the opinion that the J/dr. shall deposit Rs.10,000/- in the Consumer Legal Aid Account of DCDRC, Hooghly by way of Bank Draft  instead of making payment of Rs. 50/- per day which has been awarded.

This amount is to be deposited within 31/12/2022.

Regarding payment of the balance awarded amount Ld. Judges of monthly Consumer Lok Adalat after consulting the Ld. Advocates of both sides also arrived at the opinion that J/dr. shall pay Rs. 80,000/-  instead of Rs. 1,03,000/- out of Rs. 80,000/-,  Rs. 30,000/-  is to be paid as 1st installment within 25/11/2022 next installment of Rs. 20,00/- is to be paid within 23/12/2022abd next installment of Rs.20,000/-  is to be paid within 25/01/23023.

Balance Rs. 10,000/- is to be paid as last installment within 24/02/2023.

In the light of the observation made above this case is disposed of through monthly Consumer Lok Adalat.

Both sides are entitled to get copies of this order at free of cost.
