Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

Ld. advocates of both sides are found present and ready.

Show cause filed by the complainant.  But fact remains that the show cause petition is not supporting the actual facts and circumstances of this case as because the complainant inspite of getting time for newspaper publication since 31.1.2023 has not filed any copy of newspaper publication.

In view of this position the show cause filed by the complainant side cannot be accepted.

In the result it is accordingly,

that this CC-165/19 be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to cost.
