             Shri R. Tiwari, learned counsel for the appellant.

             As per order dated 19.01.2024,  hard copies of the appeal memo alongwith certified copy of the order of the District Commission, requisite sets of the appeal memo and order copy and pre-deposit receipt (if required) was to be furnished within two weeks.

            But the same has not been furnished by the appellant till date. 

           In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 19.01.2024, without further reference to the Bench.
