Called out repeatedly at intervals. Nobody responded.

Perusal of the order-sheet dated 25.04.2019 reveals that on the said date too, neither the appellant was present, nor the respondent.

In view of this, a note of caution was recorded on that date that if the appellant does not appear on the next date fixed, appropriate order would be passed in the absence of the appellant.

Keeping in view the circumstances depicted as above, we find that the appeal deserves to be dismissed for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.  No order as to costs.
