The only prayer made in the application is for modification of the order dated 11.12.2009, which is stated to have been passed due to some statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent in stating that amount of Rs.2,17,000/- was lying in deposit with this Commission, who later realized that the said amount is, in fact, lying in the District Forum, Moga. We accordingly allow the prayer and modify the order dated 11.12.2009. The words appearing in the 5th line of the impugned order Rs.2,17,000/- has already been deposited with this Commission will be reads as Rs.2,17,000/- has already been deposited with the District Forum, Moga and the words appearing in lines 2 and 3 of the said order Registry is directed to disburse, on application, the sum of Rs.2,17,000/- to Ms. Seema shall be read as the District Forum is directed to disburse, on application, the sum of Rs.2,17,000/- to Ms. Seema. Corrigendum be issued accordingly. The application stands disposed of.
