                        Today the case is fixed for presence of complainant as well for his evidence but despite calling the case several times since morning, neither the complainant nor any other person on his behalf has appeared. It is already 4.20 P.M. No further wait is justified. The perusal of order sheet of this case shows that on previous hearing also, the complainant had not appeared before this Commission. It appears that the complainant is no more interested to proceed further with the present complaint. Therefore, the present complaint stands dismissed in default due to non-appearance of complainant.
