                     Today the case is fixed for evidence of complainant. It is pertinent to mention here that the present complaint is pending for evidence of complainant and for the said purpose, the complainant has already availed sufficient opportunities including last opportunity but the complainant had neither appeared nor tendered any evidence.

                     Case called several times since morning but none turned up on behalf of complainant today also. It is already 3.50 P.M. No further wait is justified. It appears that the complainant is no more interested to proceed further with the present complaint. Therefore, the present complaint stands dismissed in default due to non-appearance of complainant.
