                                Case called several times since morning, none has appeared on behalf of complainant.  It is already 4.20 PM.  Waited sufficiently.  Further wait is not justified.  It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint as no one has appeared since last 5 hearings  Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default  due to non appearance of complainant.  Certified copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs.  File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
