Present:       None for complainant.

                   OP no.3 already exparte vide order dt. 16.09.2022.

         

                   Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant.  It is already 4.20 PM.  Waited sufficiently.  Further wait is not justified. 

                   From the perusal of file, it reveals that from the last many dates also none had appeared on behalf of complainant. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default  due to non appearance of complainant.  Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of costs.  File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
