     Complainant appears in person . Heard the complainant perusal the complainant petition and documents filed by the complainant . The complainant has filed  Xerox copy of R.O.R  Xerox  copy of electricity bill and Xerox copy receipt of payment of electricity bill. The grievance  of the complainant is that he had lost his crops due to electricity failure in the transformer. The complainant has not produce any  agreement to show that the electricity supply from the transformer is for his agricultural crops purpose. It is seen from the complainant petition that , the O.Ps have  instituted   a criminal  case against the complainant  which might be  case U/s.12  of the electricity Act.

                    Hence the material available on record does not disclose a case under the provisions of C.P. Act. This grievance of the             complainant discloses a civil dispute and not a case of deficiency in service.

        Accordingly the case is dismissed as not admitted.   

         Pronounced in the open Forum  to-day  i.e the  29^th    day of   October   2019.
