The record is put up today on the strength of an advance petition filed by the learned counsel for the complainant. The complainant has filed a memo with prayer top drop the case as withdrawn on the ground that he does not want to proceed any further in this case. The complainant has been identified by his counsel, being asked the complainant submitting to withdraw the case. So the prayer of the complainant is allowed and the case is disposed of as withdrawn and dropped. The record need not put up on 25/9/2018.

Since the main case is dropped , disposed the misc case is nonest in law and accordingly it is disposed off.
