O R D E R<br /> Sri. Santhosh Kesavanath P., President.<br /> <br /> The petitioner's case is as follows:<br /> The meter installed to the petitioner's premise is faulty. According to him he is not liable to pay the bill amounts of October and December 2005. So, the petitioner seeks the direction of the forum to replace the defective meter and for the issuance of a revised bill for the disputed period. The opposite party in their version admitted that the energy meter provided in the petitioners premises is not working properly and the opposite partys further contented that they are ready to revise the disputed bill.<br /> In view of the admission in the version the petition is to be allowed and the petitioner is entitled for the reliefs sought for.<br /> <br /> -2-<br /> <br /> In the result the petition is allowed and the opposite party is ordered to issue revised bill to the petitioner in accordance with law and if so far no defect free meter is installed in the petitioners premises the opposite party is ordered to remove the defective meter and install a defect free meter.
