Present:       Complainant in person along with Shri VK Malhotra, Advocate.

                   None for OPs.

 

                   Case is fixed for 07.09.2017. Today complainant has filed an application for seeking the permission to file a fresh complaint case and also made a separate statement in which she states that due to technical ground she wants to withdraw  the present complaint with liberty to file afresh  before the appropriate authority. Time consumed before this Hon’ble Forum may be condoned.           

                 Heard. In view of the statement, the present complainant is hereby, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority. It would be open to the complainant to file an application before the appropriate authority under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for excluding the period spent before this Forum for the purpose of computation of Limitation in terms of the observations made by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Laxmi Engineering Works vs. PSG Industrial Institute (1995) 3 S.C.C. 583. Original documents be returned as per rules. A copy of the order be sent to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
