The case is posted to-day for order. The complainant is represented. Opposite Parties are absent No steps. We pass the following order.

We have summarily considered the case is the complainant in the light of the written submission filed by the Opposites Parties for non issue of No objection certificate on the loan account No. 00996 to the complainant. In his written version the Opposite Party No-2 has submitted that the complainant had availed loan of Rs. 50,000/- on 5.8.2011 and subsequently she repaid the loan amount with interest accordingly he has already issued the No objection certificate as per his letter No. 76 dated 20.06.2015 to be served through the Forum.

The original No dues certificate available in the record be handed over to the Complainant forthwith.

The complainant case is disposed of accordingly.
