            The petitioner filed the present dispute alleging deficiency in service on the part of the O.Ps.

            The facts relevant in the complaint petition shortly are that the petitioner is a farmer vide Regd. No.120100407  and availed a loan from  the Govt.    for agriculture purpose. During financial year 2018-19 the petitioner insured   crop insurance but arbitrarily the petitioner not come under the policy . Finding no any other  alternative the petitioner contacted  the concerned authority and made his prayer . Thereafter the petitioner neither treated as policy holder nor the O.Ps taken any step to implead the petitioner as policy holder  . Accordingly finding no other alternative the petitioner knocked the door of this commission to   direct the O.Ps to  implead the petitioner on  the  crop insurance policy.

            After notices the O.ps appeared and subsequently filed their written version or objection.

            In the written version the O.pno.1 stated that the petitioner is a member of Akarpada PACS has not availed any loan from the PACS  during the year 2018-19 . but the petitioner has alleged that he has not covered under the crop insurance scheme during the year 2018-19 which proved that he has not fully aware of the rules and regulation of the PACS.

            The O.Pno.2 stated in the written version that  the petitioner have challenged regarding deprived of getting crop insurance claim.

Asst. Registrar of co-operative society, Jajpur circle ,jajpur has been impleaded as O.P.no.2.

Although the Asst. Registrar of Co-operative society, Jajpur circle, Jajpur has been impleaded as O>P.no.2  but no  action of the ARCS ,Jajpur circle, Jajpur has been taken  nor has any relief been sought for from the petitioner. The O.p.no.2 also stated that to delete the name of the Asst. Registrar of Co-Operative Societies, Jajpur Circule , Jajpur  from the cause list of this case .

            The O.P.no.3 stated in the written version that the petitioner is a member of Akarpada PACS and he has not covered under 2018-19 crop Insurance policy. But on subsequent loan record the petitioner has not paid his previous loan  amount of Rs.54826.00/-  to the PACS and has not taken any loan from the PACS. The Xerox copy of the loan ledger of the petitioner is attached for verification. Hence no mistake has been done in this case .

            On the date of hearing the petitioner is absent. O.Ps are absent.

            After perusal of the record and documents in details we do not found any evidence from the side of the petitioner to prove his complaint. Accordingly the dispute is dismissed . No cost.

            This order is pronounced in the open Forum on this the 28th   day of  August,2020. under my hand and seal of the Forum.
