                               ISSUE REGARDING MAINTAINABILITY

            Heard the complainant and the counsel for 1^st opposite party, Adv.A.Radhakrishnan and perused the complaint and documents. Upon hearing it appears that both the opposite parties are having their respective office at Ottappalam and Ernakulam and they have no branch office within the limits of this Forum. Hence the Forum lacks territorial jurisdiction to entertain this complaint and the same is returned to the complainant for filing before the appropriate authority having jurisdiction.
