Both parties present.  Settled by paying Rs.1000/- each to the complainant by opposite party 1 and opposite party 2.  Out of which opposite party 2 paid  Rs.1000/- today itself.  Opposite party 1 agreed to pay Rs.1000/- today itself at the society.  The opposite parties are further directed that they shall not charge more price than the MRP in future.  Complaint closed with the above observation.
