Sri. Santhosh Kesavanath P., President.

This petition is filed by the 1st opposite party raising the preliminary issue of maintainability. Admittedly arbitration proceedings are initiated by the 1st opposite party against the 2nd opposite party. The proceedings of the arbitrator is a judicial proceedings. This Fora cannot sit an appeal and to interfere with the proceedings of another quasi-judicial authority and pass orders. If the petitioner has any grievance on the amount or else about the statement of accounts of the 1st opposite party. Petitioner can very well raise objection before the executing Fora.
In our view this petition is to be allowed. So, petition is allowed. Original
petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
