                Both parties present.  Settled in the following terms.  The complainant agrees to pay Rs.1,10,000/- as full and final settlement to the opposite party Bank within 15 days and on payment of the above amount the opposite party Bank shall return the title deed to the  legal heir in the presence of the complainant to ensure  that the legal heir who is the son of  her husband has received the title deed.  If the complainant fails  to pay the above amount as agreed the opposite party bank is entitled to  receive the said amount of Rs.1,10,000/- as per law.  File closed.  Issue copy of order to both sides.
