COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:          Mr. Karanvir Singh, counsel for complainant.                                               Mr. Arvind Vashisht, ADA for the Ops No. 1 and 2.                                  None for the OP No. 3.                                                                                            OP No. 4 already exparte.

                    

                        Today the case was fixed for arguments. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he wants to withdraw his present complaint with liberty to file afresh.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
