K.T.SIDHIQ, PRESIDENT Complaint is against an additional electricity bill for Rs.29133/- issued to the complainant in his shop. On receipt of the notice in the complaint the opposite party entered appearance and submitted a petition scribed by the complainant stating that the opposite parties had revised his bill to Rs.2964/- and he is ready to pay that amount. 2. Now it is the grievance of the counsel for the complainant that the earlier bill is not cancelled and he fear the realization of the amount as per the earlier bill since opposite parties nowhere stated that the earlier bill is revised or cancelled. 3. Heard both sides. Since the complainant has stated that he is ready to pay the revised bill for Rs.2964/-. It can be presumed that the opposite party had cancelled the earlier bill for Rs.29133/- issued in Consumer No.17791. Hence the complaint is dismissed as settled.
