Complainant after the above order appeared before the commission before rising and filed an application for withdrawal of this case on account of the fact that she has to file case before another complaint authority for alternative remedy. Therefore, she intends to withdraw the present complaint case bearing no. 215/2022 said application has been signed by the complainant namely Ragini Jaiswal. In view of the request, this case stands dismissed as withdrawn.
