          The complainant files a petition of complaint against the opposite parties. But on a close scrutiny of the materials on record it appeared that the complainant is not a Consumer within the ambit of C.P. Act, 2019. So, the petition of complaint is not tenable under Section 35 of the C.P. Act, 2019. Hence the petition of complaint is rejected to sue afresh before the proper Forum, if any.
