ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed against the first and second O.P.s only and dismissed against the third O.P. The first and second O.P.s together are directed to pay a compensation of Rs.10,000/- to the complainants within two months from the date of this order failing which the said amount shall carry interest at 8% p.a from today till the date of payment. The first and second O.P.s are also directed to pay cost of Rs.2,000/-to the complainants. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to O.P.s by RPAD and to complainants under C.O.P.
