Sh. M.S.Chinna, Adv.counsel for the opposite parties recorded his statement that opposite party is ready to give concession of 25% qua impugned bill as per rules. Sh.Sukhdev Singh, complainant accepted the offer made by the opposite party subject to costs and compensation for harassment suffered by him. His statement has been recorded separately. As such, in view of the statement of both the parties, instant complaint is disposed of with the directions to the opposite party give concession of 25% qua impugned bill as per rules. Since offer has been made at a belated stage, therefore, the complainant is also entitled to compensation on account of harassment suffered by him which is assessed at Rs.2000/- while costs of litigation are assessed at Rs.1000/-. Compliance of the order be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of order. Copies of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
