           Today the case is fixed for ex- parte evidence by the complainant. OP No. 2 filed power of attorney as well as an application for setting aside the ex-parte order dated 27.06.2022. At this stage the complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties; hence, withdraws the present complaint, being fully satisfied.

           Heard. In view of the statement made by the complainant, present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
