COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:       Complainant in person.                                                  

                   Mr.Y.P.Rana, Adv., for the Ops alongwith Mr.Sanjeev Kumar, Asst.

 

                   Today the case is fixed for filing reply to the application dt.25.07.2019 as well as filing evidence of the Ops. At this stage, complainant by making a separate statement states that the matter has been compromised between the parties. So, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied. The complainant has placed on record a photocopy of settlement with regard to adjustment of disputed amount.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the complainant, it is clear that matter has been compromised. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
