                   Case called several times since morning but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  It is now 3.40 p.m. From the perusal of the zimini orders, it is transpired that since 21.10.2016 complainant or his counsel is not appearing in this case.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  The complainant has failed to adduce evidence.  No further adjournment is justified in the absence of the complainant.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non-prosecution. File be consigned to the records.
