ORDER:
The case has been called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. The present complaint was filed by the complainant on 6.01.2021 and the case for the first time for evidence of the complainant was fixed for 28.4.2021 and till date the complainant has failed to adduce any evidence in support of his case despite availing of several opportunities for adducing evidence including last opportunity and imposing of cost. The cost so imposed vide order dated 21.12.2021 has not been deposited by the complainant. It seems that the complainant is no more interested in pursuing the present complaint. Further wait is not justified, as it is already 3.00PM. Therefore, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. However, in the interest of natural justice, permission is granted to the complainant to file a fresh complaint if he so desires or advised. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned as per the rules and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
