ORDER

In view of the Judgement of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in  U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. & Ors. Vs. Anis Ahmad(Civil Appeal No. 4566 of 2012) decided on 01.07.2013,  this matter being a case of power theft, the consumer Fora has no jurisdiction to entertain the complaint. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed. Petitioner is, however, granted liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum.
