                                     Today the case is taken up in the Lok Adalat. The opponents have made payment of Rs.21865/- to the complainant through account payee cheque bearing No.844619 dated 8.11.2023, which has been received by the counsel for complainant, photocopy of the same retained on record.  In view of the statement of the counsel for the complainant the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. Certified copies of this order be supplied to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
