                 Settlement report between the parties received from the Coordinator, Mediation Cell of this Commission and in order to identify this settlement, Ex.A1 is marked on it. In view the settlement Ex.A1 between the parties, no cause of action survives in favour of the complainant and as per settlement Ex.A1, except, the amount of Rs.4020/- in the bill dated 18.10.2023, complainant is not entitled to pay any more amount. The complainant shall deposit the amount of Rs.4020/- within the time mentioned in the current bill dated 18.10.2023 and the complaint is, dismissed, it being having became infructuous. Due to settlement Ex.A1, parties are left to bear their own cost of litigation. File be consigned to the records
