Present:     None for complainant.

                    In terms of order dated 26.11.2018 passed by this Forum, the complainant failed to appear on 6.12.2108 neither on 7.12.2018 but on today neither the complainant nor his counsel appeared up to 3:20 PM having called this case several times since morning.  Further wait is unjustified. The complaint is dismissed on account of default in appearance of complainant. Record be consigned to the records. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on same cause of action subject to period of limitation.
