COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986

 

Present:      Shri Krishan Saini Adv. for Complainant.

             

ORDER

              Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that Sunil Kumar Concerned Clerk, UHBVN Ltd., Ganaur has told the complainant that 20% AMOUNT WHICH WAS DEPOSITED as per the order of the Forum has been adjusted and the remaining amount of Rs. 18845/- has been waived off as per the scheme. Since the matter has been settled between the parties, he does not want to continue with the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.

     Statement recorded separately.

     Heard.

              Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn as the matter has been settled in between both the parties.

     File be consigned after due compliance.
