                   File taken up today on filing of an application, by the learned counsel for the DH/complainant, for pre-ponement and withdrawal of the case. Learned counsel for the DH/complainant suffered a statement, which is recorded separately to the effect that he has received a cheque of Rs.3,000/-, bearing No.100003 dated 15.11.2022, from SBI Bank, in compliance of order under execution. Now nothing remains due, towards the JD/OP No.1. As such, he withdraws the present execution application on behalf of DH/complainant, being fully satisfied. Copy of the aforesaid cheque placed on file.

                              In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the DH/complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
