                  Settlement report from Mediation Cell received, in order to identify the same Ex.P-1 is marked on it.

                In view of the settlement Ex.P.1, without commenting any adverse comment on the act and conduct of any of the parties and without touching to the merits of the case, matter being amicably settled.  The complaint is partly accepted against the opponent. The opponent will adjust the amount of Rs.50909/- after overhauling the meter account No.8879553000 of the complainant and balance amount of Rs.34282/- will be paid by the complainant in, three equal, bi-monthly, installments. The complainant shall pay the current bill on due date.  The parties are left to bear their own costs of litigation. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
