                                     On the basis of even dated application filed by the complainant, filed taken up on today.

                                     Keeping in view the even dated separate statement suffered by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. To prove his identity, the complainant shown his aadhar card, copy of the same retained on record. However, complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if advised so, on the same cause of action. File be consigned to the records.
