                  No evidence of the respondent is present. On today, it is 3rd effective opportunity for evidence of respondents. Learned  counsel for respondents requested one more opportunity without showing reasonable cause. Section 13 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 does not provide, granting adjournment to the parties without showing any solid reason, as the proceedings before the Consumer Forum are summary in nature. The prayer of the counsel for the respondents for further adjournment is declined. Counsel for the parties consented to advance arguments on today itself. Heard.  Complaint is accepted vide even dated separate detailed order passed by this Forum. File be consigned to the records.
